Hi,

When viewing full message (double-click on message), URL ens in something like http://account.sproutit.com/mailroom#conversation/1234567.

It used to work when loading the URL in browser. Did it work or my memory having parity errors?

How can I open message, when I know it’s ID?

Hi Myroslav:

This should work but it looks like we have a bug where if you have the preview pane open, Mailroom won’t take you to the conversation. I’m making this a P1 bug it get it fixed but in the mean time (for the next few days) you can get this to work by hiding the preview pane (click on the window-icon in the right hand-side of your window in your Needs Attention or All Messages tabs. Then paste in your URL and it should take you to the conversation.
