No attachment Support?

While there seem to be a few cool features here, it seems like some really basic things with regards to email have been forgotten. No attachments? You have got to be kidding. And can’t reply from our support@domain.com It would be nice to choose especially since I own two support companies with different domains.

Sorting email by oldest would be nice plus other features that us Outlook users have come to love.

Seems the few cool features are about the only advantage here. To bad we can’t seem to get Outlook 2007 features and your features all in one system.

I’m sorry we didn’t make it a little easier to find but the attachments button is right above the send button in the reply box.

A trick to get Mailroom to reply form multiple addresses is to POP check the email accounts. When using pop Mailroom will automatically reply to the address the email was sent to. It will also add the option to reply from that address in the drop down in the reply box.

I agree about better filters. Mailroom has some pretty decent ways to search for emails using the All Messages page but more filters for sorting the lists would be nice. We are already working to add more filters to the next version due next year.
