Problems replying twice

I am experiencing quite considerable problems replying twice to the same mail. When I try to reply second time, the Quoted Text link in the message editor does not seem to be working correctly.. I expect it to quote my previous reply, while it sometimes quite the customer original’s mail, sometimes my previous replies to this customer. Seems weird. |

More info on the problem – actually Quoted Text function (and replying in general) do not seem to work adequately in general. Sometimes I hit reply and get a message editor quoting some of the previous mails I’ve replied a week ago. This of course might be related to connection troubles, but it is no good anyway to show user the incorrect mails.. |

Hey Michael, Is it possible you are experiencing the automatic suggested reply feature? Mailroom will automatically insert a reply to the email based on your previous replies. It is kind of like a spam filter but for good :-) You will also notice a “Saved Replies” button in the upper right corner of the reply box. if you click that you will get a menu of other saved replies.
