Mail being rejected!
|
|
Being a mail provider of all things it’s incredible that you don’t have a reliable queue mechanism for, you know, MAIL. ? Mail sent to our sproutitmail address is currently being rejected and sent back to the user with this message. I only noticed because I manually was forwarding something into our sproutit queue. Who knows how many of our users have gotten this. 1) Why in the world do you have a queue mechanism that just rejects on failure? 2) Why aren’t you monitoring this?!

I am having this same issue. Is this something that will be fixed soon? |

This is indeed ridiculous. It has been almost 7 hours! :( |

I emailed support@ too when I wrote the above message; but I guess nobody was home. This is really unprofessional. |

Seems to be working again :) Thanks |

Still getting this error sent back for each mail. Some mails are making it into sproutit, but as far as I can tell not all of them. It’s been two days now and the sproutit folks are still gone … |
