Unable to access Mailroom this morning

We were unable to access our mail this morning up until just a minute ago. The site seemed to be timing out. The page would never load when we tried to access wetpaint.sproutit.com/mailroom and eventually it presented a simple “An internal server error occurred. Please try again later.” What was going on?

I had the same problem and it looks like sproutit lost a lot of our data. Please give us an update asap.

We got a problem this morning also and the last 3 days – once we log in we get a “woops something happend” style message… account x-line….

Sproutit is dead, or dying… we’re using email center pro and couldn’t be happier. http://www.emailcenterpro.com

Palo Alto Software has been creating good software for several year and I’m glad the are working well for you Evan. I would like to say that Sproutit is doing very well. Along with continuing to push forward with the worlds leading javascript framework we are working the next phase of Mailroom. Until then we will continue to work hard to make Mailroom a great experience.
