email notification

Is there a way to set up email notifications for users. Example:

1) I use mailroom all the time, I’m the admin
2) I assign a contact to a user/co-worker
3) they don’t check mailroom much
4) can I assign the contact to them and have it send them an email notification so they know to act on it?

Hi,

You sure can. Just have the user that want’s notifications do the following:

1. Click on Preferences.
2. On the screen that opens, look for the popup labelled “Email notifications”. Choose the frequency you want notifications to be sent.
3. Click Save Changes then close preferences

you’re done!
