Greetings, we are just starting, and had a question about mailroom checking email. How often does it check for pop email? Is there a way to force a mail check? Thank you. Mike |

HI Mike, Mailroom checks email about once every 10-15 minutes depending on our how faster your and other servers are responding. If you have just setup your system, you may see a longer delay as Mailroom will need to download all of the email in your account first to populate your account. Usually first email shows up within about an hour or so after you add it. |
