Initial Help Screens

The “close window” link on the Help Screen that pops up on first use is so close to the bottom that the “close” link is obscured. I had to close everyone’s tool/address bars so they could access it.
Please make the message dragable or add a close window link to the top of it.

The help window should actually be draggable if you click on the top part of the window. If this doesn’t work for you; please let me know the web browser you are using.

I am using the lateset version of Explorer 7. I am unable to drg the screen. I have tried this on Xp and Vista. A black outline shows up as a border but there is no way to drag the window that I have found.
