Signatures?

Is there a way to setup a signature for emails?

I just got a new business signed up to use sproutit and this was a question they had, too. I emailed support@sproutit.com about it, but no reply yet.

Good question Robert. The best alternative to signatures right now is to use the macros built into Mailroom.
I start and end all saved replies with RECiPIENT_FIRST (all caps) to insert their name and SENDER_FiRST (all caps) to insert your name. I also have a blank email with just the Macros and my closing “Your Friend from Sproutit” so I can just enter in the body and send the email.

We are building more standard signatures in the next version.

Where are the macros documented? Are there others?

First off, love Sproutit and am looking forward to further updates.

I tested the RECIPIENT_FIRST and SENDER_FIRST in a test email and it doesn’t populate. Any reason for this?
