Is there any plan to add features that would allow one to track email volumes? It would be great to be able to look at how many messages received/sent over a specified time frame and be able to break it down by tag or user as well. How are other people using Mailroom keeping track of volumes currently? |

I would also like to know what our average response time to first reply to and to close a conversation. Since we’re using it as customer support, it would be good to know how good we are at it. This would probably need to take into account some per-account parameters like what we consider “working hours” and whether or not to include weekends/holidays into the calculation. |

Hi we are working on a fairly comprehensive stats package for Mailroom 3. Mailroom 3 is nearly a complete rewrite of the front end that will address many of the requests we have received from customers over the last year, which is why it is taking some time to finish up. |

Any idea how long it will be till we can get our hands on Mailroom 3? Are we talking weeks or months? The ability to track day to day, week to week, month to month, etc. metrics is really important to me so I can make decisions like when/if I need to hire a new helper monkey… er… intern. |
