Feature Request: see my tickets + unassigned

When I sit down in the morning to clear (okay..make a dent in) the support queue, I have to look in both the ‘unassigned unassigned’ box plus my own box. OR, I need to look at everyone’s messages. It would be very nice to see both sets of messages together. |
