Cancel account - not working

I want to reset my account so I can start clean. So I’m trying to cancel my account, but it won’t work. I tried it a few times now (on separate dates) and I get the same error: An internal server error occurred. Please try again later. Can you look into this. We never started using MailRoom, but would like to try it again. We just want all the old data removed. |

I’m sorry you are having trouble reseting the account. Would you mind emailing me your account name at contact@sproutit.com? I’ll close the account for you. We are working it now but accounts will not close properly. |
