I’d like all my replies to be CC’ed back to my support mailing list (for the entire team to know what’s going on). I don’t see such a feature currently – or am I missing something? |

The best way to keep you team informed on the happenings in Mailroom is to have everyone use the different feeds if your team is accustom to using RSS. This works best as it keeps everyone’s inbox from becoming overwhelmed but still allows people to follow conversations. If you would like to stick with the CC scenario you can turn on notifications and have it sent to another email account that is set up as a distribution list. In the next version we are looking to add some filters to auto route emails and such. |

Thanks for reply, RSS is great but not all people (especially management guys) are accustomed to it, and for some reason they sometimes want to follow what happens in support. So really looking forward for this auto-cc feature – and also as this cc’ed email will come back to mailroom again, it’d be nice if it was automatically filtered out. |
