One easy way to sort and keep tabs on the history of emails is to use Gmail filters. I have my forms post to gmail then post to mailroom. The gmail filters allow me to label emails according to the content prior to posting them to mailroom. I can also maintain a running check to be sure mailroom isn’t missing any forwarded emails by comparing the daily input from gmail to the daily input from mailroom.
