Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / Cancel account - not working I’m sorry you are having trouble reseting the account. Would you mind emailing me your account name at contact@sproutit.com? I’ll close the account for you. We are working it now but accounts will not close properly. |

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / Cancel account - not working I want to reset my account so I can start clean. So I’m trying to cancel my account, but it won’t work. I tried it a few times now (on separate dates) and I get the same error: An internal server error occurred. Please try again later. Can you look into this. We never started using MailRoom, but would like to try it again. We just want all the old data removed. |

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / Firefox not working? Hey thanks for the help Mike! I can’t test Iceweasel but if it is working for you I’ll put it on the compatibility list. |

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / Feature Request: see my tickets + unassigned That is a good idea Mike. I’ll put that on the list of possible filters for the next version of Mailroom. |

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / Feature Request: see my tickets + unassigned When I sit down in the morning to clear (okay..make a dent in) the support queue, I have to look in both the ‘unassigned unassigned’ box plus my own box. OR, I need to look at everyone’s messages. It would be very nice to see both sets of messages together. |

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / OpenID signup/in not working? Trying to sign in here to make my feature request, I was excited to see an OpenID option. I entered my OpenID (and the site seemed to recognize it as one—it took the password box away), but when i submitted the form, I got an ‘invalid username or password’ error. I’m happy to help debug this one, just let me know what information you need. |

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / Firefox not working? We had the same problem here. It looks like sproutit’s javascript is doing user-agent matching and looks for the ‘firefox’ string. You should be able to configure your iceweasel to announce itself as firefox instead, and that should fix it for you. SproutIt admins: y’all should match on ‘iceweasel’, too :) |

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / SSL Certificate Authority not recognized Hey Frederik, Sorry for the scary warning. The company that issues our SSL cert is having trouble with it’s wildcard certs. We are trying to work with them to get this fixed but it doesn’t seem to be happening. We will have it working or get a new cert soon. For now once you clear the warning it shouldn’t come back. |

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / SSL Certificate Authority not recognized Hi, Using a free SSL account for testing, Mailroom uses an SSL CA which doesn’t come with Mac OS X, resulting in a nasty warning dialog each time you access Mailroom. I just wanted to see if this was the case for the paid accounts too or if there’s a chance to switch to a better known CA sometime. Thanks! |

Topic: Announcements / Slow Connectivity According the data center, most connectivity problems should be solved now. |

Topic: Announcements / Slow Connectivity We are very sorry for all those having to put up with a very slow Mailroom today. Some of the connections upstream from our data center are having problems. Only people from certain regions are experiencing the slowdown. We have not been given any time estimates yet as the malfunctioning equipment is not under our data center’s control. We will be sure to update here with any information we receive. Thank you for your patience as we give the experts time to work. Your Friends from Sproutit |

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / Bug - Search not working somtimes The search is more of a literal search. Meaning it won’t find partial names and numbers very well. Would you mind sending me an example next time you are searching and Mailroom doesn’t return anything? I can check and see if the search indexer is working properly. Thanks for the post! |

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / Collapse and Expand Saved Replies That is an interesting idea Andrew. I don’t know if that can be easily added to the current UI but I’ll added a ticket to incorporate that functionality in the new UI. |

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / Bug - Time Filters based on current time and not date That is a good point. Unless anyone else would rather leave it the same I’ll file a ticket to have it changed to filter according to date rather then 24hr periods. |

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / Bug - More About XXX It looks like there is a problem with the way Mailroom is counting replies to a particular address. I have logged it in and well take a further look into it. It appears to me like Mailroom is disregarding the replies to the first email but then working properly for additional emails that come in. Is that your experience too? |

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / Collapse and Expand Saved Replies I think it would be helpful to be able to quickly scan saved replies by having them collapsed, so that you would see just the title (thanks for that feature) of each reply. By use of the canonic [+] and [-], you could collapse or expand. Of course [collapse all], and [expand all] would go with that. |

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / Generic Reply Name? Changing the user names is a good work around. We have already added it to the list of features for the next version. Good idea and thanks for posting! |

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / Bug - Search not working somtimes Sometimes the search doesn’t actually do anything and other times it works. I can help you out much for reproducing it, but I can consistently try different searches and some of them will work while others do not. I recommend trying it yourself with a few different searches to see. Maybe it’s just not meant to handle the volume we have? Can it not search a couple hundred emails? |

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / Bug - Time Filters based on current time and not date If I filter emails based on Today, Yesterday etc. it seems to actually be filtering based on the last 24 / 48 hours etc. instead of by the actual date. For example, I’m seeing emails from 8:00 PM yesterday in the Today filter. The cutoff should be 12:00 AM based on the timezone I’ve set in my preferences. If the desired functionality is supposed to be 24 hours, then that’s what it should say, although to be honest for reporting purposes, and for seeing how many responses we pumped out yesterday, last week, etc. the filter being based on date is much more useful that current time minus x hours. |

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / Bug - More About XXX When you’re looking at an email from someone who’s sent previous emails there’s a “More About [Name]” status on the bottom left pane that is supposed to state whether or not the person has been replied to in the past etc. It always says “Nobody has responed to [Name]” even though we have several times. Working for anybody else? If not, then can you either remove this feature or make it work, because it’s misleading to new team members. |

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / Generic Reply Name? When replying to email through mailroom, the first and last name show up in the from field (with the globally configured email address). Is it possible to create a feature that would allow us to specify a global name to use (I.e. Customer Service) that would override individual names? I’ve had to replace all of our team’s real names with “Customer Service One”, “Customer Service Two” etc. so that their names do not show up in the from field. |

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / Feature Request - Show email timestamps I actually did do that already. No granularity other than Month – Day is shown though. I have no idea if a message was sent at 10:00 AM or 8:00 PM etc. |

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / Feature Request - Show email timestamps Actually unless I’m misunderstanding you, I think we already have that feature. Just click on preferences and uncheck “Show Relative Times” in the preference dialog then click “Save Changes”. You may need to refresh the web page for the new changes to take effect. |

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / Bug - Emails Addreses are case sensitive for users That is a good observation. I’m opening a ticket to see if we can handle this better. Thanks for posting. |
