Topic: I am listed as the email owner I don’t know if this is exactly what is happening but… Mailroom will insert the name of the person (the user logged in) into the header of the email. The problem is some email clients (such as Apple Mail) will store the first name it sees and won’t ever change. So if you emailed yourself from Mailroom initially then your name will always be inserted. Other people will see whoever emailed them first. We are looking for ways to change this with the next revision but it is tricky. |

Topic: IE problems? Thanks for posting Erik. Do you happen to know what version of IE your co-workers are using? Mailroom is optimized for Safari, FF2 and IE7. |

Topic: Automatically go to Anyone? Good question. If you have auto-assign turned on (it is by default) Mailroom will initially assign all messages to the administrator. As you reassign them Mailroom will learn how to assign future emails. After a few days you should see the messages being automatically assigned. |
