Topic: Help! / I am listed as the email owner

I noticed that my name appears next to our email address instead of our Departments info (eg Joe Smith <support@xyzcorp.com>)... At first I thought it did that because I was logged in but it appears that way to other users (my name is there) too. Is there any way to change that?

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / IE problems?

I’m not an IE user but my co-workers are. There seem to be two problems:

1. One user has a “squished” pane when trying to read or write messages. It takes up about 50% vertically of the screen space.
2. Another user complains that it is really slow. I think it’s because you’ve got a lot of AJAX going on. I’ve also noticed that the green pop-ups have appeared each time she’s logged in.

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / Reply titles are not kept

I have been creating saved replies and none of the titles save when creating a new reply. I have to edit the reply again, enter the title, and save.

I am having this problem currently. Has it been acknowledged as a bug yet? I find that I have to wait a while for items to show up. I have the same issue with the RECIPIENT_FIRST sort of fields where they look like they were not replaced until about 10 minutes after it was sent.

Topic: Help! / Automatically go to Anyone?

I am wondering is it possible to set email to automatically go to ‘anyone’ instead of a specific person? It seems to be disorienting co-workers because all mail is currently being assigned to me.
