Topic: Help! / Mail delays?

I have had a number of instances lately where it seems that mail sent to customers has been delayed 2-3 days. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any explanation?

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / Collapse and Expand Saved Replies

I think it would be helpful to be able to quickly scan saved replies by having them collapsed, so that you would see just the title (thanks for that feature) of each reply. By use of the canonic [+] and [-], you could collapse or expand. Of course [collapse all], and [expand all] would go with that.
