Greetings again, since my last questions are not being answered, I’m not sure this is a good place to post questions, but I thought I would try again. Does anyone here know if there is a way to find out how many emails we’ve sent and received, as that alone determines the cost of this product?

I figured this out myself, simply change your information in setup to reflect whatever name/email you would like.

Is it possible, when we reply, to have it sent from Setting Captives Free Staff rather than our personal names?

Greetings, we are just starting, and had a question about mailroom checking email. How often does it check for pop email? Is there a way to force a mail check?
