Topic: New feature requests

Here’s my wish list:
- Add sorting or reports by tags
- Be able to add customized categories to People type
- Sort People by categories, # of emails or last name
- Ability to see message flow similar to listservers so we don’t have to drill down and see what was answered.
- Add a closed icon to ‘closed’ messages so we don’t have to open and check if it is closed
- Create a separate “Follow-up” section on the left nav so those messages that we check go there

Bugs I’ve noticed:
- When a conversation is responded to, it doesn’t update in the “More About..” data in the left column
- “Stack overflow at line: 0” pops up when I click on People

Hi Jeremy,

Our email appears to be working properly but I have reset the email checking system anyway just to make sure. Are you retrieving your email using forwarding or POP?

Hi we are working on a fairly comprehensive stats package for Mailroom 3. Mailroom 3 is nearly a complete rewrite of the front end that will address many of the requests we have received from customers over the last year, which is why it is taking some time to finish up.

I would also like to know what our average response time to first reply to and to close a conversation. Since we’re using it as customer support, it would be good to know how good we are at it.

This would probably need to take into account some per-account parameters like what we consider “working hours” and whether or not to include weekends/holidays into the calculation.
