We were unable to access our mail this morning up until just a minute ago. The site seemed to be timing out. The page would never load when we tried to access wetpaint.sproutit.com/mailroom and eventually it presented a simple “An internal server error occurred. Please try again later.” What was going on?

Add a search or sort feature for the spam area. Sometimes there are hundreds or even thousands of messages in there and there’s no way to search or sort to find the non-spam messages that end up there. I have to go through message by message, page by page to hunt for them. A big time suck.

Allow mail to be sorted from oldest to newest. The display defaults to show newest messages at the top, but our priority is to answer older messages first. We have to scroll back down after every message we answer.

The last email message received through Mailroom was 8 hours ago. If I open my Outlook (connected by exchange) the last 8 hours worth of messages are sitting there, just waiting to be pulled into Mailroom. What should I do?

Any idea how long it will be till we can get our hands on Mailroom 3? Are we talking weeks or months? The ability to track day to day, week to week, month to month, etc. metrics is really important to me so I can make decisions like when/if I need to hire a new helper monkey… er… intern.

Is there any plan to add features that would allow one to track email volumes? It would be great to be able to look at how many messages received/sent over a specified time frame and be able to break it down by tag or user as well. How are other people using Mailroom keeping track of volumes currently?
