Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / Feature Request: see my tickets + unassigned

When I sit down in the morning to clear (okay..make a dent in) the support queue, I have to look in both the ‘unassigned unassigned’ box plus my own box. OR, I need to look at everyone’s messages.

It would be very nice to see both sets of messages together.

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / OpenID signup/in not working?

Trying to sign in here to make my feature request, I was excited to see an OpenID option. I entered my OpenID (and the site seemed to recognize it as one—it took the password box away), but when i submitted the form, I got an ‘invalid username or password’ error.

I’m happy to help debug this one, just let me know what information you need.

Topic: Feature Requests and Bugs / Firefox not working?

We had the same problem here. It looks like sproutit’s javascript is doing user-agent matching and looks for the ‘firefox’ string. You should be able to configure your iceweasel to announce itself as firefox instead, and that should fix it for you.

SproutIt admins: y’all should match on ‘iceweasel’, too :)
